In 2023, I completed the comprehensive seven-course Google UX Design Professional Certificate through Coursera. This program provided me with a solid foundation in understanding and applying UX design principles. It covered a range of skills, including the creation of wireframes, the implementation of user research, and the conceptualization of prototypes.

ABOUT

My name is Ryan Dowling. I am currently in my final semester at Skidmore College, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management & Business, with a minor in Studio Art focused on Communication Design. As I wrap up my formal education, I am eager to merge my passion for aesthetics, business, and psychology into a career in User Experience Design. I plan to move to San Diego, California, to kickstart my career in design, while pursuing my love for skateboarding, surfing, and embracing a vibrant outdoor lifestyle.

Beyond my academic pursuits and career development in UX Design, I work primarily as a music producer and visual designer, though I identify simply as an artist under the name ‘ry flora.’ I embrace the belief that every facet of my life is part of my art, from crafting user experiences to curating a nourishing lifestyle.
