Hello!

My name is Ryan Dowling, and I am a multifaceted designer and creative based in Boston, MA.

I recently graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business and a minor in Communication Design. As I look forward, I am excited to merge my passions for human-centered design, business strategy, and psychology into a career as a product designer.

Following my education, I leveraged the interdisciplinary strengths of my degree as a product designer on two SaaS startup teams—Brainwrite.io and InfoHub.fyi—one of which recently secured early-stage funding through an incubator program. In these roles, I contributed to user research and competitive analysis, facilitated cross-functional collaboration with experienced software developers, and crafted detailed case studies on customer segmentation, value propositions, and iterative design processes. 

In addition to my work in software design, I’ve cultivated relationships with a diverse client base, delivering creative solutions such as book covers, merchandise, and logos. 

Outside of my academic and design pursuits, I work as a music producer and creative director under the name Ry Flora. I embrace the idea that every facet of life is creativity in motion, from crafting user experiences to curating an energizing lifestyle.
